With 15 years of energy agency experience and an expanded geographical setting we felt it was time for a new look and new name. Carlow Kilkenny Energy Agency is to become 3CEA – Three Counties Energy Agency to reflect our ‘3 Counties’ footprint of Carlow, Kilkenny and Wexford.
Paddy Phelan, manager since 2012, explains
“We wanted a name that was inclusive of new partners from the public, private and community sectors. We are delighted with the work of Penhouse Design who developed our new identity. I am particularly happy that they found a way to incorporate our original tagline ‘driving sustainability’ as it remains at the core of our service.”
We are working on a symbolic launch of the new name and logo but meanwhile the 3CEA team look forward to supporting public bodies, businesses and communities towards smarter energy use.
