Alexandra Hamilton, Senior Engineer at South East Energy Agency, will be a speaker at the Association of Energy Engineers 2024 Conference taking place at the SETU Sports Arena in Waterford on 12th September 2024.
Alexandra’s talk will focus on why we all need to play a part to reduce our carbon emissions. The ambitious targets set in the Climate Action Plans for 2030, the pathway to reach Carbon neutrality by 2050, often raises many questions; Can we reach the targets? How can we reach the targets? What difference will it make and why should I make changes when China is burning so much Coal? This presentation will outline the progress needed across the South East of Ireland, and outline steps that every one of us can take to make a difference to reduce our Carbon Footprint.
